AppForge Digital was founded on more than two decades of hands-on experience inside the mining industry — an environment where operations run on paperwork, spreadsheets, and reports that have to be accurate every single time.
That work meant analyzing operational data day in and day out, automating the routine tasks that used to consume entire shifts, and building the reports that site leadership and executives actually relied on to make decisions. Over time, that experience extended into building the software itself — apps, dashboards, and internal tools designed to make that data usable in the first place. Several of those tools are still in active use today.
AppForge Digital exists because of that overlap. Converting a paper form into a working app, automating a task nobody wants to do by hand, or building a Power BI report that people actually open — this isn't new territory for us. It's the same work that's been done for 20+ years in a demanding industry, now available to any business that needs it.

Most projects are scoped within 2–3 business days of your quote request. Build time after that varies with complexity — a simple digitised form is a different job to a multi-step automation or a full Power BI report, and your quote will include a realistic timeframe once we understand the scope. See our Terms of Service for how this works formally.
Every quote is tailored to the actual work involved — there's no fixed price list, because a one-page form and a multi-step automation cost very different amounts to build. You'll always get a clear, fixed number before any work starts, so there are no surprises.
Yes. Files you upload are used only to understand and scope your request, and aren't shared beyond the processors that help us run this site (file storage and email delivery). Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
The quote form accepts PDFs, images (JPG/PNG), Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, CSVs, and Power BI files (.pbix/.pbit), up to around 10MB. If your file doesn't fit one of these formats, just describe it in the form and we'll follow up.
No. Describe what you need in plain English, or just attach the paper form, spreadsheet, or report you already use — that's the starting point. Translating it into something technical is our job, not yours.
We build to the scope agreed in your quote, and review/revision is part of that process — you'll see the work before final handover and can flag anything that's off from what was agreed. Our Terms of Service cover how delivery and acceptance work in more detail.
